Registration Information

All spots in the 2026 draw have been reserved.

If you are registering a team that played in 2025 or was on the waiting list, please proceed with your registration and payment before February 28th so you do not lose your priority.

If you are registering as an individual for a team that does have a spot in the draw, please proceed with your registration and payment.

If you are registering a new team, we encourage you to register and add your team to our waiting list. Not all teams have made payments and so their spots are not secure. In the coming weeks, it is very possible that teams on our waiting list will be offered a spot in the 2026 draw. If you do want to register a new team please do not make a payment until we confirm that you will be able to play.

• Shuttle service between the four curling venues and the Chateau Frontenac
• Grand Banquet in the formal ballroom of the Chateau Frontenac

• Reduced room rates at the Chateau Frontenac (In 2025, the rate for double-occupancy rooms was $209.)

Refund Policy

We will charge an administrative fee of $40 per player for any refund request made for registration fees.
