Registration Information

Registration for January 2025 is now open.

All spots in the draw have already been reserved however, we encourage you to register your team and add your name to our waiting list. Not all teams have made payments and so their spots are not secure. We expect that in the coming weeks, there will be teams on our waiting list that will be offered a spot in the 2025 draw.

If you do want to register your team please do not make a payment until we confirm that you will be able to play. However, if you are registering as an individual for a team that does have a spot in the draw, please proceed with your payment.

  • 5 games guaranteed
  • Shuttle service between curling clubs and the Chateau Frontenac
  • Grand Banquet in the formal ballroom of the Chateau Frontenac
  • Access to team receptions and hospitality suites
  • Reduced room rates at the Chateau Frontenac (In 2025, the rate for double-occupancy rooms is $209.)

Refund Policy

We will charge an administrative fee of $40 per player for any refund request made for registration fees.
